Office services
Services rendered from within our facility, not requiring a trip to a vendor's location ( phone contacts, e-mails, translations, document preparation, etc.), we apply packaged hourly rates.

Notes:
-a standard day on vendor's site lasts10 hours, including travel time and excluding lunch time, (for instance 8 hours on site + 2 hours travel time)
-a half day on site is up to 6 hours, including travel time (for instance 4 hours on site + 2 hours travel time).
-hours exceeding the standard day or half day, on site or travel time are charged 50 euro per hour
- for long distance missions, requiring local accommodation, standard day is 8 hours, excluding lunch time, and half day is 4 hours.
-Related expenses (travel, accommodation etc.) are charged in supplement.
