In the case project development is performed by Chinese companies, we can take care of the local supervision and coordination of the project, checking its smooth progression and avoid any drifting compared to the project specifications and schedule.

We also check that all new instructions or project changes possibly appearing during the development are actually understood and taken in account.

Build the project schedule:

In touch with both our customer and his Chinese design teams, we help defining a realistic schedule for the project, including the different prototyping steps and checkpoint dates for every phase.

Project care:

We regularly meet Chinese development teams, in particular at probation meetings, held to decide if the project can be allowed to go to the next phase.

We organize and attend conference calls, our presence on the Chinese side increasing their efficiency a lot.

We check that the project specifications, their possible changes during project life, and all action items are actually understood by the Chinese development teams

Control of prototypes and certifications:

At every project phase, we locally check the conformity of the different prototypes to their specifications. This way the number of prototype shipments from China, quickly costly and time consuming, can be limited to the strict necessary.

We check that the certificates required from ODM for allowing the product to be marketed will be available on time
